The job
Post one video a day
Make a fresh account and post daily about OpenTrade — the minigames, the app, the whole thing. Cross-post every video to TikTok and Instagram.
$1,000 a month, plus bonuses
A $1,000 monthly retainer to start, and every approved video earns a bonus set by its views on top.
Learn how this actually works
Work directly with the founders. We test formats across the whole group, and when one hits, everyone gets the script that week.

We're a small team building OpenTrade out of Y Combinator.
What it pays
A $1,000 monthly retainer, plus a bonus on every approved video set by how it performs. Your onboarding contact confirms your exact rate card and payout schedule when you start.
Base retainer
For 1 video per day. Roughly $35 a video before any bonus.
Performance bonus
Set by the video's highest view count across TikTok and Instagram.
New format
Find a format that works and we pay you for it. Keep it private or share it.
The bonus ladder
A video's tier is set by its highest view count across TikTok and Instagram. It has to be cross-posted to both and approved to qualify.
Videos under 1,000views don't earn the base rate — our filter against bought views. We override it by hand when a video is good but under-distributed.
| Views | Per video |
|---|---|
| Under 10k | $35 |
| 10k – 29.9k | $50 |
| 30k – 49.9k | $80 |
| 50k – 99.9k | $150 |
| 100k – 249.9k | $275 |
| 250k – 499.9k | $450 |
| 500k – 999.9k | $700 |
| 1M – 1.99M | $1,100 |
| 2M – 2.99M | $1,300 |
| 3M – 3.99M | $1,500 |
| 4M – 4.99M | $1,700 |
| 5M – 5.99M | $2,100 |
| 6M – 6.99M | $2,250 |
| 7M – 7.99M | $2,400 |
| 8M – 8.99M | $2,550 |
| 9M – 9.99M | $2,700 |
| 10M+ | $2,850 |
You don't need an audience.
You need to be watchable.
Most of our creators are students or recent grads who already post, already have opinions about money, and are comfortable talking to a camera. The follower count genuinely doesn't matter — we're buying swings at the algorithm, not a borrowed audience.
- You can talk to a camera without sounding like an ad read.
- You can post every day, consistently, for at least a month.
- You're happy posting on a fresh account made for this.
- You're 18 or older.

You're not left to figure it out alone

Frequently asked questions
When and how do I actually get paid?
Pay is set per campaign — your onboarding contact gives you the exact rate card and payout schedule. Generally, payment is tied to submitting approved deliverables (some programs pay in batches, e.g. every set number of posts) plus performance milestones based on views.
Who owns the content once I post it?
Typically the brand gets a license to reuse your video (including in paid ads) for the length of the campaign plus some extra window afterward — you're not signing away the content forever, but you usually can't delete it early without affecting your pay, since it needs to stay live to be measured.
What happens if my video gets declined?
It just doesn't go up — you get to revise and resubmit. Every video needs an accept before posting, so build in time for a review cycle rather than filming and posting same-day.
Do I have to disclose that it's sponsored/paid content?
Yes — use the platform's paid-partnership toggle or #ad tag as required by law, even in an “integrated,” non-ad-like format. That's a compliance requirement separate from the creative brief.
Can I post the same or similar content on my other platforms/accounts?
Usually yes if it's part of your normal content style, but check your specific agreement — some campaigns want a dedicated or primary account, and cross-posting (e.g. TikTok + Instagram) is often expected and counted together toward performance milestones.
Do I need followers to apply?
No. There's no follower minimum and no experience requirement. Most creators start a brand-new account for this. We care whether you're watchable, not whether you're already big.
